SCALA aims to expand global supply chain reach with new AIMMS partnership

SCALA has announced an exciting new partnership with AIMMS with offices in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.

The partnership will give SCALA clients access to AIMMS supply chain technology to help them make strategic supply chain decisions, identifying cost, service and resilience benefits with an awareness of the environmental impact.

Whether it is adapting to fluctuations or contingency scenario planning, insights can be quickly obtained and questions can be answered with speed and confidence.

With ambitious plans for international growth, the partnership will also enable UK-based SCALA to compete with global consultancies for major strategic projects, both domestically, across Europe and worldwide.

John Perry, Managing Director at SCALA, commented: “Modelling software is one of the most important tools when it comes to helping businesses make informed decisions regarding their supply chain and logistics networks, and ensuring they are resilient to future business changes.

“We are delighted to be partnering with AIMMS which will enhance SCALA’s ability to support its clients in improving their ongoing decision-making, helping them to ensure that their supply chains are agile enough to continually evolve to reflect any changes within their wider business or industry.

“Importantly the combination of expert modelling with practically based experienced supply chain consultants will not only enhance our offering to current clients, but will also help to solidify our growing reputation as an international consultancy.”

Sergi Asensi, Global Director of Sales and Business Development at AIMMS, commented: “We are very happy to have a strategic partner like SCALA. There is great synergy between our two organisations. Combining AIMMS’s powerful and intuitive software and SCALA’s expert advice will help clients across the world to improve and speed-up their decision-making for optimal supply chains and logistics networks.”
