Robotic Process Automation, Marketing and the Customer Perspective on the agenda for 3PLs

SCALA’s summer meeting of the small and medium 3PL Best Practice Forum included some great guest speaker sessions which provoked lots of discussion and questions: Shiny Blue Box joined us and gave delegates a great insight into how Robotic Process Automation can revolutionise computerised processes and free up staff to perform other tasks; Steve Mark presented an interesting session on how to improve  marketing and communication with the objective of making it onto tender shortlists and one of our SCALA grocery clients facilitated an excellent session on what a “good” response to an ITT, RFI or RFQ looks like from a customer perspective.
