SCALA has appointed Eamonn Woodcock as executive director. Eamonn’s appointment comes as businesses look to strengthen supply chain resilience and drive growth in 2026, amid rising costs and increasing demand for smarter, data-led operating models.
Bringing three decades of supply chain experience, Eamonn’s career to date spans executive and consultancy roles with major organisations including Nichols PLC, Brakes, Spicers Office Team, Northern Foods and United Biscuits.
He has led £100m+ supply chain transformation programmes and delivered multi-million-pound cost reductions for major FMCG, manufacturing and distribution businesses. Eamonn’s expertise has helped major organisations to redesign networks, outsource logistics, and improve planning and execution across complex supply chains.
Eamonn will play a key role in shaping strategic decisions that underpin the consultancy’s long-term growth and resilience within supply chain and logistics sectors. Alongside serving on the executive board, he will focus on strengthening both new and existing client partnerships and will oversee a range of consulting projects designed to optimise supply chain performance.
